The New Mom Center is a wellness and new motherhood Instagram page serving women in one of the most overwhelming seasons of their lives. The creator had real expertise, a defined niche, and genuine lived experience with her audience.

The Challenge

The content was consistent, on-brand, and going nowhere. Trend-based reels and advice-forward posts were averaging between 200-2,000 views and very little engagement. Followers weren't converting into community, and community wasn't converting into clients.

Our Approach

Scrapped the trend playbook entirely. Shifted the content voice to match how the creator actually talked — honest, direct, unfiltered. Built a content approach around real storytelling and raw takes instead of optimized formats.

Strategy

New mothers are exhausted, overstimulated, and quietly wondering if they're the only ones struggling. The wellness space tells them to rest, practice gratitude, and trust the process — which lands hollow when you haven't slept in four days. The real pain point wasn't a lack of information. It was a lack of someone willing to say the hard thing out loud. Content was built around that gap. Every piece targeted the moment of recognition — where a viewer watches something and thinks *that's exactly it.* That moment is what drives a save, a share, a DM. When content consistently creates that feeling, an audience stops scrolling past and starts paying attention. Trust builds. Reaching out feels natural.
